RynBazaar is a product of Ryvan Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). Our principle is simple: collect the minimum, never sell it, be transparent about it. This explains what we handle and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
What we collect
- Customers: we do not use phone numbers or email for identity — you're identified by a cryptographic key on your device. We process orders, the delivery pin you attach to an order, and in-app activity needed to run the service.
- Vendors & riders: to verify and pay you we collect identity and business details — name, photo, KYC documents (e.g. PAN, FSSAI, vehicle/licence), payout UPI, and background-verification results. This is the most sensitive data we hold and is treated accordingly.
- Diagnostics: limited technical data to keep the app stable. Crash reports are scrubbed of personal data before they ever leave your device.
What we do NOT do
How money is handled
We are custody-free: payment for goods flows directly from the customer to the vendor's UPI. We never hold your money, so there's no stored balance to expose.
Storage & retention
Personal and KYC data is stored encrypted, on servers in India, with restricted access and audit logging. We keep partner verification documents only while the partnership is active plus any legally required period, then delete them. We never store raw Aadhaar numbers.
Sharing
Only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. a payment aggregator to collect our fee, a KYC/verification provider), each under contract, and where law requires. We never share one partner's data with another; aggregate analytics are anonymised.
Your rights (DPDP)
- Access and correct your personal data.
- Request erasure ("delete my data").
- Raise a grievance and get a response.

The service is for users 18+. We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new date.
