These terms govern your use of RynBazaar, a product of Ryvan Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the app or website, you agree to them.
1. What RynBazaar is
RynBazaar is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local vendors and delivery partners (RynRiders). We are an intermediary that facilitates discovery, ordering and delivery. We are not the seller of the goods, and we do not hold your money — payment for goods flows directly from the customer to the vendor's UPI.
2. Vendors
- You are responsible for your listings, prices, food safety and quality, and for holding all required licences (including a valid FSSAI for food).
- You authorise us to charge a transparent platform commission on completed orders, settled weekly. Commission is shown openly in your dashboard.
- You must fulfil accepted orders and honour the price shown to the customer.
3. RynRiders (delivery partners)
- RynRiders are independent partners, not employees. You agree to deliver assigned orders honestly and to complete identity and background verification.
- Pay is transparent and distance-based; tips are yours in full.
4. Customers
- You agree to provide an accurate delivery location and to pay the vendor the displayed amount via the provided UPI method.
- RynCoins, where offered, are loyalty rewards only — they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Identity & security
Accounts use a cryptographic key created on your device — there is no password to phish. Keep your recovery phrase safe; we cannot recover it for you.
7. Liability
As an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors or delivery partners, or for the quality of goods. Our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the preceding month. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
